 Great supports for arch problems Sep 10, 2010

I purchased the Spenco thinsole 3/4 length orthotics because my other orthotics would not fit in my dress shoes. I am on my feet all day and have to wear dress shoes. I have flat feet and always have so I always wear orthotics. My arches and calf muscles started hurting when I couldn't fit my orthotics into a new pair of dress shoes. So I branched out and bought the Spenco based on their reputation. I was not disappointed. They cushion your foot, are flexible enough to be comfortable but still provide great support. I have been wearing them for over 6 months now, 5 days a week on my feet all day. They still look and feel like new.
If you have low arches, flat feet or plantar fasciitis, these are great orthotics. Use the 3/4 length for slip on shoes or dress shoes without a removable insole. Use the full length orthoticSpenco Rx Thinsole (full Length), Women's 11-12 / Men's 10-11 for a sneaker or casual shoe with a removable insole(for athletic shoes, remove the innersole that came with the shoe before inserting the full length orthotics).

I use these arch supports in all shoes and boots. They are compact and don't alter the fit of the shoe too much. If you have a narrow or low volume foot, they will improve the fit of the shoe. They are not rigid and I will sometimes glue a small block of felt under the arch to give it more lift, if needed. A cost effective alternative to expensive custom made orthotics.

My podiatrist recommended i order these for a temporary fix until I could be fitted for orthopedics. They are so light I hardly feel them.

I was suffering bad with heal spirs, having trouble standing up in the morning from the stabbing pains. Walking hurt a lot.
A friend recommended these to me, and from the first day i had them in my shoes my feet felt better. I keep them in my shoes at
all times.

I have plantar fasciitis. I have two pairs of custom orthotics made - but I think these are better. I only use these and powerstep. They fit well in my shoe.
