Have been using these inserts since 1980. That year I ran my first marathon with Spenco's in my running shoes. Finished in 4 hours and 30 minutes with no blisters. My feet felt better than the rest of me. My wife now needs help as she walks on a concrete floor at work. These helped out and now she has no foot pain after work.

I've used these for years. They are very comfortable, stay put and will not move around in your shoes over time like some of the gel Insoles I've tried.

I use orthotics after breaking my heel and these insoles are perfect. They are hard to find so I buy several pairs at one. They are true to size.

I have used Spenco Rx Comfort Insoles for around 15 years now. I would not even consider wearing athletic or casual shoes without them. The only reason I do not usually wear them in my dress shoes is that I wear prescription orthotics over them and they don't fit in my dress shoes. They provide just the right amount of cushioning, are easy to keep clean, and last for years if rotated regularly. As a matter of fact, I am placing an order now to replace two pairs I have had since 2005. The old ones are still usable but starting to lose a bit of their cushioning. One of the few "perfect products" I have ever bought.

They came as advertised and arrived on time. These run a bit small. I ordered 10-11 mens and I wear size 11 shoe. These do not go all the way to the end of my shoe and therefore slip around. They were recommended by my foot doctor and seem to be fine other than they are too small. I'd give them five stars if they were sized properly. Order a size larger than you need and cut them to fit.
