By M. Fischer These insoles are excellent. They have been comfortable on my daughters feet. She plays loads of serious tennis and these help with the ( pound and grounding she does on the hard court surfaces.)

Purchased these on pediatricians recommendation for 9yo daughers ankle pain. They are better quality than the inserts that are sold at chain stores. They give good arch support and have a slight U in the heal. Really like that they are washable and don't fall apart.
I gave it four stars because I would like them to fit in all my daughters shoes. They fit well in tennis shoes and boots. But, they're too thick for flats.
