I recently bought these 2nd skin squares and I have been very satisfied with them. They are perfect for blisters, because they cool the area around the heel and they "fill" up the hole that the blister is causing. Does not stick, easy to take off after using them. There is another similar product made by Spenco with less water in the squares, depending on your needs.
