Helped with my plantar fasciitis and enabled me to walk more Sep 21, 2010 By Bo Note
As a plantar fasciitis patient, I tried several types of OTC arch supports and heel cups before finding the right shape for my foot. But this one did the trick, allowing me to walk more distance before my feet give out.

I've tried various Amazon get heel pads and gel heel cups for my plantar fasciitis. I do not like to spend more money than I have to, but Sof Soles are worth paying twice as much for! Heaven!!! The texture is like THICK extra-firm finger jello! The heel cups help prevent slippage away from the correct position in my atheltic shoes. Besides, I love the cool color!!! ;))

It is a good heel cup. It can reduce the pressure of my heel. And I used it for my high-heel, but it was really sticky without socks. After that, I tried to use it for my sport shoes, it worked very well. So, I think it is good with socks on.

This is a well made product. However, is to short, for my feet conditions. Is a good product for those seeking to relieve fatigue on heels, but not for those with arthritis in toes or ball of feets. For those conditions it has to be another 2 inches in lengh so it will lift your toes.
