Finally something worked! Jul 31, 2011
By morrisb1951 I got the Orange Redi-Thotics control from my foot dr. to try and help with my extreme plantar fasciitis pain on my right foot. I have custom orthotics that work sometimes but I have to always get used to them. The control Redi-Thotics helped relieve the pain within 5 days and after 3 weeks all the pain was gone without taking any pain killers! Thanks dr. B for the Redi-Thotics.

By Maxwell I have pretty severe plantar faciitis in both feet. My doctor gave me these to hold me over until my custom orthodics were ready. Within about a week of wearing these in my shoes/boots/sneakers I was able to notice a marked improvement.
These lasted approximately 3 months when the hard plastic arch support broke. Aside from that I always make sure to have these on hand to wear in all of my footwear as back ups to my regular orthodics.
I would definitely recommend this product to someone who hasn't had any relief from PF.

I have heel spurs.. and although the insert gives great support and helps with my plantar fascitis, I don't need to be sounding like I'm a duck out of water. The noise is loud enough and I don't know if my shoes need to be tighter? I know after washing them..as they do collect odor..the squeaking was less evident. At least I noticed here on Amazon that I'm not being ripped off at the DR's office, as it's the same price. Next time I see him..I will tell him the inserts have some fall backs and sure it can be expected..but you shouldn't have to wash them to rid of the noise.

By Heel Spur Don Yes, they have excellent support. Yes, they are very rigid. But, the arch support is concentrated into such a small area that it was uncomfortable. They were also not long enough even though I triple checked that I ordered the correct size. They also were very squeeky. Not a product I would purchase again.
