No more hurting heels. Feb 25, 2010
By C. Wells I've been wearing these for several years, at the advice of a podiatrist. I was suffering with plantar fasciitis off and on (mostly on!) and he suggested these inserts and gave me a pair. I was amazed that within just a couple of weeks my pain was gone. They feel a bit odd and somewhat hard at first...it took about 2 days to get used to the feel. I replace them about every year to year and a half. This time I bought 2 pair so I can put them in both the pairs of shoes I wear most often without having to switch back and forth. I really feel it in my feet (and back) if I spend too much time in shoes without them. They are definitely worth the money!

Comfort Assured! Nov 17, 2008
By Sommer L. Cornell This product was recommended by my podiatrist and I can no longer live without them. I use them to relieve my ball of foot pain for running. They last a good 6-9 months with regular daily use.

PowerStep shoe inserts Nov 11, 2008
By Christine M. Parker These inserts are a life-saver. I've had plantar fasciitis off and on for years, and I need some extra support for exercising. These inserts are perfect - they're easy to use, they fit my shoes, and they keep my feet from getting sore. They're great!
Comfy Jan 22, 2012
By Katy I have chronic back and foot pains, but these insoles have helped a lot. I wish I would have purchased these earlier. They fit right in most of my shoes (didnt take up too much space) and make my days at work so much easier.
Worked for me. Oct 03, 2011
By N. Moy I'm not a doctor or a scientist. I don't know why these worked and I don't know if it was just coincidence. But a month after starting to use these, my foot pain is almost completely gone. I would wake in the morning with hurting heels and the pain was bad enough where I couldn't run and sometimes I would walk with a limp. I actually resorted to running up stairs because it hurt less and I still wanted to exercise. However, after using these inserts I can now run on level ground again. I don't know if these will work for everyone but they worked for me and sure cost a lot less than custom orthotics.
