Why don't they just incorporate these into an insert? Apr 08, 2012
By Jonathan P Michael Never could get these pads placed properly. They added more discomfort and no noticeable support. After the third attempt at repositioning them on my insert, one of them tore. I threw them in the garbage and wish I had saved my money. I have bought Lynco inserts in the past that have the metatarsal pad built in. They work great, but they cost twice the price of the Powerstep insert. Next time I'll splurge and go with the Lynco.
