I have been buying Penquin Instant Sneaker Cleaner for last 7 yrs. They have improved in design, packaging & effectiveness, to think I thought the previous version was perfect.;) My white kicks stay white as well as various types of other leather/canvas shoes female and male in our family.

The product delivered is a different variation of the Penguin Instant Sneaker Cleaner pictured. It's the kind with bristles at the top instead of on the side, and the version delivered doesn't work to clean the dirt off of sneakers. If you use it too lightly, nothing happens. If you apply too much force, the bristles break off.
