The Penguin All Sport Insoles are the best replacement insole, but hi-tech it is not as it is not "Gelling".

I used to buy these in sporting goods stores; however, those stores decided to sell only insoles that cost twice as much, or more, and they're not any better. Their decision increases their bottom line, no doubt. I was happy to find them at Amazon. These are great for cushioning the insides of heavy boots or snugging up shoes that have become a 1/4 size to big.
