They really helped Sep 07, 2009
By William R. Drake The product listing is for "L605M" so I'm not 100% sure if that is exactly what I use, but it seems like it would be. I use Lynco L605 Men's size 8 (L605 M8 or L605 M08). The only other reviewer for this product so far gave this item one star. It could be simply because he should have been given a different pattern in regards to the specific needs of his feet. I went to a shoe store whose owner is very skilled in working with feet and foot problems. In part because I had planter fascitis, he suggested the L605. I have used this same pattern for a couple of years now, long after the planter fascitis went away, and it is great. It make shoes that otherwise would not work for me actually work. (I have had other foot issues besides planter fascitis, so someone else with planter fascitis, or a tendency to developing planter fascitis, might be given a different pattern than I got.) In selecting what foot pattern of Lynco to buy, one should have the advice of a good "foot expert."
