Unfortunately these non-slip pads did not stick to the insides of my shoes at all, though I must be fair and say the insides are made of a cloth material. However I put two-sided tape under them and they stayed on fairly well. I would not purchase these again unless the insides of my shoes had no cloth-like material lining them.

By Liz These anti-slip pads don't help as much as I expected. My feet still slide forward in my shoes. And these anti-slip pads don't stick well to the shoes - they move around.
