The grips were ok. I would have given the grips 5 stars but they were not very thick. I had to double the grips in 1 shoe because it kept falling off my foot since it's slightly bigger than the other 1.

The adhesive on these grippers isn't much better than contact cement. They could improve the product by putting a much stronger bonding agent on the backside. The adhesive they have on there now is junk.

The item arrived fine and in good condition but probably due to no fault on its part did not fit my needs. I was wanting to use it to keep my heel from slipping up and down in a pair of walking shoes. Unfortunately the walking are lined and the adhesive on the back of the heel grippers would not stay stuck. It also was not big or thick enough to really do what I needed. For someone with a different shoe and foot it may have worked fine.

These work great. I used to put inserts in the shoes to tighten them up, but they never felt comfortable. These tighten the shoe just enough to keep the heel from slipping off my foot
Update -- unfortunately, they loosen after a couple of wears.
