I have been using this product for years as I don't like to wear socks or pantyhose in the warm months. Some of my shoes require me to trim the heel area to make the product thinner, but it is worth it. They keep my feet cooler and definitely fresh after an eight hour work day! Depending on how hot it is outside and how much walking around I do, they last 3-6 wearings.
I used to be able to buy them from my local big box store, but they inexplicably discontinued them! I highly recommend to everyone.

I spend long hours on my feet, and in the summer months, my feet sweat even more than usual. Instead of destroying my shoes and then relying on scented sachets / sneaker balls and such to try and get rid of the funky smell, these shoe inserts keep my shoes and feet fresh. They're very lightly fragranced, a pleasant scent that does it job without being overpowering.
I use these as a semi-disposable product, because after a full day against my bare feet, they get kinda gross. Sometimes they last two or three uses, sometimes just one. But they work great at a reasonable price so I'm not overly concerned.

I purchsed this item first time at the drugstore, but can not find it anymore. Other similar products come one size, and you need to cut it around your size outline, and it is a hussle. Kiwi fit exactly for my shoes size 8, it does not feel too thick, make feet feel fresh, it lasts sometime depends on how long you wear the shoes. I am glad I've found this product again.

These feel great and protect the inside of shoes or sandals from sweaty feet in the summer. Sometimes the gel inserts feel "sticky" but these just feel comfortable.
