I bought these through Amazon a number of months ago for a pair of shoes that are a little too big, because a review somewhere said that they are thick enough to make up some of the space in too-big shoes. Well, they kind of do, I wouldn't say my shoes fit perfectly now but they're better than they were. However, I bought another brand of heel cushions somewhere else for another pair of shoes recently--and they squeaked loudly when I walked! So I threw them out. These are about twice the price :( but I am willing to pay that for comfy feet, non-blistered heels, and silent shoes!

These are exactly what they need to be. Most of my dress shoes are around a half-size too large, so I'm always on the hunt for decent heel inserts. These ones actually stick and hold their place on the inside of my shoe, they're a reasonably good color match for "natural" shoe interiors, and they manage very well the balance between "enough friction to hold foot in shoe" and "no friction causing blisters."
I've tried multiple brands in the last few years and these are the only ones I've had that don't slip, slide, reposition, or fall off at all once I'm wearing the shoes, so these are the ones I'll stick with going forward.

I originally bought these because I bought a pair of shoes a 1/2 size too big. These were perfect for that reason and also added additional comfort to the back of my shoes. They have not slipped out once and are definitely good quality.

My new flats were cutting up my heels, because they were a half size too large. With these, it feels like I'm walking on clouds. Great buy! Can't speak to how long they last, as I just started using them.
