Ball glove care Mar 03, 2010
By A. Cain Have used this product for years on work boots and baseball or softball gloves. It will double or triple the life of a quality leather product. For leather ball gloves, pre-heat your oven to 200. Turn the oven off, put the untreated glove in there and let it warm for about 10 minutes. Liberally apply Sno-Seal all over the glove and laces. Be sure to treat the inside. While you're applying the treatment, again heat the oven to 200 and turn it off. Put the glove back in and let it soak up the treatment. After the glove doesn't soak up any more Sno-Seal, rub off any excess with a dry towel. I have over five years of year-round use on a couple of glove treated in this way. It adds almost no weight to the glove, makes it a bit tacky, and once cooled, it doesn't soften and weaken the leather like many other "glove" products.
Great for weather and waterproofing leather! Jan 08, 2012
By Christine E. Miller I received a sample of sno-seal years ago when I bought my duck boots. I tried it, and my boots still look like new. Sno-seal does a great job of water-proofing and protecting leather.
